Our Standard Delivery is based on mileage and ideal for everyday orders. For faster service, try our Quick Shop express option, perfect for small, urgent orders. Have a big list? Choose Big Haul for large-volume deliveries. Need to keep perishables fresh? Add our Ice Cold ice pack(s) option for temperature-sensitive items (additional fees apply).

This is a faster, on-demand delivery service for smaller orders of 10 items or less.

- Speed: Promised delivery within 90 minutes of accepted request.*
- Convenience: Designed for immediate needs and smaller grocery runs of 10 items or less.
- Order Limit: Additional fees for each item over 10. 100 item maximum.
Fly Bird Big Haul: Large Order Grocery Delivery
This is the large order, over 100 items, delivery option offered by Fly Bird Delivery.

- Scheduled Time: Within 40 minutes of scheduled time.*
- Item Limit: Up to 400 items. Consultation needed for larger orders please contact us.
- Delivery: From the curbside pickup location of the store directly to your specified address.
Fly Bird Ice Packs: Ice Cold Delivery
This is an optional service that can be added to either the Standard Delivery, Big Haul, or Quick Shop options.

Ice Cold: Ice packs for your cold Items.
- Temperature Assistance: Leave your cooler outside and keep your cold things cool with our ice packs.
- Ice Nice: We always treat your items with care, but we take extra care to ensure the cold items are near the ice pack(s).

- Cost: Standard delivery pricing.
- Per Mile: $2
Fly Bird Quick Shop: Express Delivery
This is a faster, on-demand delivery service for smaller orders of 10 items or less.
- Quick Shop: Express delivery. Our fastest service option.
- Speed: Promised delivery within 90 minutes of accepted request.*
- Convenience: Designed for immediate needs and smaller grocery runs of 10 items or less.
- Order Limit: Additional fees for each item over 10. 100 item maximum.
- Cost: Quick Shop express delivery pricing.
- Per Mile: $2, plus service fee(s).
- Express Delivery Service Fee: $15, plus mileage.
- Add Item: $5 for each additional item over 10 items, plus service fee(s).
- Item Cost: Total cost of items at the store register. Receipt provided at delivery, if available.
Fly Bird Big Haul: Large Order Grocery Delivery
This is the large order, over 100 items, delivery option offered by Fly Bird Delivery.
- Big Haul: Your large order solution.
- Scheduled Time: Within 40 minutes of scheduled time.*
- Item Limit: Up to 400 items. Consultation needed for larger orders please contact us.
- Delivery: From the curbside pickup location of the store directly to your specified address.
- Cost: Large order delivery pricing.
- Per Mile: $2, plus service fee(s)
- Big Haul Service Fee: $25 for orders between 100-200 items, plus mileage.
- Add 100 Items Fee: $40 for every 100 additional items over 200, plus mileage.
Fly Bird Ice Packs: Ice Cold Delivery
This is an optional service that can be added to either the Standard Delivery, Big Haul, or Quick Shop options.
- Ice Cold: Ice packs for your cold Items.
- Temperature Assistance: Leave your cooler outside and keep your cold things cool with our ice packs.
- Ice Nice: We always treat your items with care, but we take extra care to ensure the cold items are near the ice pack(s).
- Cost: Ice cold delivery. We recommend using 1 ice pack for every 4–6 cold items per hour before refrigeration or freezing.
- Reusable Ice Pack(s): $5 each (plus deposit).
- Ice Pack Deposit: $10 each (plus reusable ice pack fee) One time $10 deposit. Refunded at the end of your Fly Bird subscription upon return of ice pack(s).
- Single Use Pack(s): $8 each, no deposit.
